Humanitarian & Founder

Gregg is the founder and leader of G.O.D. International, a 501(c)3 nonprofit. The organization has been serving people around the world for 25 years. It can be understood in three parts: An educational institution, a community-service organization, and a third-world development agency. As an educational institution, it operates a Bible and missions college (The Institute for GOD) and a K-12 school (The Academy for GOD). As a community-service organization, the organization helps serve vulnerable populations in Nashville, offering vital services like child-birth education, health education, youth empowerment, and much else. As a third-world development agency, the organization operates hubs in Latin America, East Africa, South East Asia, and India, serving communities through education, advocacy, and empowerment.

Educator & Writer

The Founder and President of the Institute for G.O.D. (est. 2004), an ABHE school of about 200 students with undergrad and graduate programs, Gregg is responsible for its vision, strategy, and curriculum, including its current growth initiative. As the Founder and Headmaster for the Academy for G.O.D. (est. 2013), Gregg has initiated an innovative, biblically-rooted K-12 in Nashville, with 230 students enrolled. He is an academic, inspirational, and journalistic writer who has published hundreds of articles related to his faith, supplying many of his own photos.

Pastor & Spiritual Leader

Gregg pastors The Church Community for GOD, a Nashville fellowship of about 450 people. Gregg is responsible for the church's vision, strategy, and content calendar, and manages its pastoral team. He also serves as the church’s youth pastor and has mentored dozens of college students in their walk of faith.

Idea-Architect & Entrepreneur

Gregg Garner is the founder of various Christian companies that train leaders, teach the Bible, serve orphans and widows, build homes, run schools, dig wells, run community centers, performing arts programs, healthcare and wellness clinics, midwifery services, consulting, HR, accounting, food services, media and production, staffing and more; nationally and internationally, including Africa, India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

Musician & Playwright

Starting with his band, UnNamed Servant, in 2001, Gregg recorded and produced five original albums, written and recorded in Nashville, TN. He and the band did several regional, national, and international tours, including headlining tours in The Philippines, India, Kenya, and Uganda. He continues to lead worship at The Community Church for GOD. As a playwright, he’s written and directed seven plays and two full-length musicals to Nashville’s arts scene. Award-winning ALIEN: The Musical, a story about immigration, was performed at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center and as a part of the Vanderbilt Chancellor’s Lecture Series. Gregg is also the founder of The Arts at Center Street, a 501(c)3 arts-based charity.
